1. Retreat Bookings

All retreat bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Once confirmed, our refund terms apply:

• 100% refund if canceled 15+ days before the retreat start date
• 50% refund if canceled 7–14 days before the retreat start date
• No refund if canceled less than 7 days before the retreat

3. Refund Process

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• No-shows or early departures from retreat
• Non-communicated cancellations
• Promotional and discounted tickets

5. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, Epic Glory Route reserves the right to reschedule or issue credits instead of refunds.
